The students' hard work and dedication have earned them various medals and achievements, highlighting the strong connections and memories made. Cresta International Christian School has proven to be a formidable competitor, showcasing phenomenal teamwork and administration. Excitement builds for the next opportunity at the international level.
During this event, we were tasked to make games using the GameMaker Application. On the first day of the campfire, our mentors taught us how to use GameMaker. We were divided in groups of three. From our school, we had The Elites, Code Commanders, Emmanuel, and Code Craft. Since we had a lot of work to do, we immediately started on it the moment we reached school because we were committed to winning an award. We went back the following day in order to finish our games and ship them. At the end of the event three awards were given and Cresta got two of them: The Creative Supremacy and Premier Innovation Award.
It was a great learning experience and we bless God for everything

We thank God for how far they have come.
The journey itself was full of laughter, songs, and bonding. In Kenya, you adjusted to the cold weather, enjoyed comfortable accommodations, and were inspired by the history and culture at the venue. Daily evening rallies led by Bunjoville brought powerful worship and unity, while competitions, sports, and the Worship Hub encouraged creativity and teamwork. A highlight was when I and two friends performed as a female trio, winning first place at the award ceremony. The medals, rehearsals, and recognition symbolized not just success but also growth in confidence, faith, and teamwork. Sponsors were supportive throughout, providing encouragement and care. Culture Night was a vibrant celebration of East African diversity, with traditional attire and unity across nations. Through preaching and devotions, you deepened your faith and embraced the theme “Rooted in Christ.” The trip closed with a celebratory dinner from your principal, marking your achievements.
I returned home with medals, lifelong friendships, renewed spiritual passion, and unforgettable memories — truly “A Week That Lasts a Lifetime.”
Honestly, it was one of the most exciting, life changing, and moral things I have done. From the start the teachers told all the students about the show and they were excited. Every student had had a unique talent to showcase; dancing, singing, art, graphics design, and so much more. Our teachers kept on encouraging us to audition and filling us with motivation and perks of winning the show. I told my teacher that I no talent because I can't sing or dance. At least that is what I thought talent was but it's more than just dancing or singing. My teacher told me that talent does not have to be singing or dancing. It could be art, design or public speech. Then there it was, my talent, public speech. I decided to go for it. After practicing multiple times, getting comfortable on stage and serious prayer, I was ready. Our always reminded us that it was more than just showcasing our skills but also ministering. Ministering to the different people. Showing them that God is the backbone of eve
Looking back, I am so proud that we had the talent show and participated. It taught us that with support, practice, and God, we can push past our tears. Some students are preparing for next year's talent show. See you there
